How long can I receive the parcel if I order now?

It usually takes 1~3 business days to process the order and 7~14 days to ship to most countries after shipping out.


What's the difference between Dragonhawktattoos and Dragonhawkofficial?

Both dragonhawktattoos and dragonhawkofficial are official authorized stores of Dragonhawk. Two websites with same products and same prices. And all parcels are shipped from a same warehouse.


What is US & CN Warehouse?

Dragonhawktattoos has a local warehouses in USA & China. Goods ordered from the US warehouse will be shipped to you directly within 1~2 business days.


Do I have to pay shipping if I order items from a local warehouse?

Free shipping for orders over $100 is offered to you, no matter it's shipped from the local warehouse or China. And there is no need to pay extra shipping fee. Thank you.


What shipping methods do you use?

We usually use YunExpress, USPS, and UPS for US warehouse. If customer wanna a fast shipping, please contact our customer service to change the shipping method, of course, extra fee shall be paid.


How long does it take for my orders to be shipped?

Product is in stock in our US warehouse, it will be shipped directly from the warehouse within 1~2 business days; otherwise, it will be shipped from China within 2~3 business days.You can track your order in the “Order Status” section. Will I need to pay custom duties or taxes on my orders?

Items shipped from all our warehouses are not subject to export taxes. However, if you are shipping an item from one county to another (shipped from China), you may be subject to pay local taxes and custom duties on said item. Once you get taxed, please feel free to contact at service@dragonhawktattoos.com


Do you ship to remote areas?

For the remote areas, customs can check with us first. Due to the Covid-19, the shipping time is longer than usual; the shipping in some areas is not so convenient, or it’s not reachable.
