Shipping Policy

1. Where you can ship to?

For most countries, Dragonhawktattoos can ship the package to. Also, we are working on bringing Dragonhawktattoos everywhere around the world all the time. If you are not sure if your country is available or not, please contact us and leave us a message.

2. What is the shipping cost?

Free shipping for orders over $100, or extra $16.99 would be charged.

3. What is the shipping time?

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order Confirmation--Stock Check--Quality Check--Packaging.

All orders will be sent to the manufacturers for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and China Post process the orders, which may take additional 1~3 business days. After the parcel is shipped out, you will receive a notification email with tracking number for your order.

Shipping time: this refers to the time when the order is shipped from our warehouse to the destination. After processing and leaving the warehouse, it usually takes 7~14 business days to arrive at their destination, but it may be longer for some countries or a bit delay for some unpredictable factors.

4. Will I need to pay for the tax?

The payment doesn't include the tax, we won't charge the custom tax while you placing an order. Whether it will be taxed or not depends on the local custom, once your are taxed by the customs, you need to pay for the tax yourself.
