Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Destinations & Costs Dragonhawk proudly ships to artists and creators worldwide. Our shipping rates are calculated based on your location and order value to provide the most reliable service:

  • Global Destinations (Non-EU): Enjoy Free Shipping on orders over $100 USD. For orders under $100 USD, a flat shipping fee of $16.99 USD applies.

  • EU Destinations: We handle the complex European customs process for you.

    • Orders €86.00 and above: A minimal import surcharge of €3.00 applies solely to cover EU customs clearance compliance.

    • Orders under €86.00: A flat shipping fee of €17.99 applies.

2. Order Processing & Shipping Time The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing Time (1-3 business days): This includes order confirmation, stock/quality checks, and secure packaging. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of placement.

  • Shipping Time (7-14 business days): This is the transit time from our global dispatch center to your destination. You will receive a notification email with a tracking link once your parcel is shipped. (Please note: Delivery times can occasionally be affected by unpredictable factors like severe weather or limited cargo flights. We appreciate your patience.)

3. Taxes, Duties, and Customs Fees We aim to provide a seamless global shopping experience. For the vast majority of our standard delivery destinations (including the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and many more), all customs duties and taxes are fully covered by Dragonhawk. The price you see at checkout is the final price—no hidden fees upon delivery.

  • Exceptions: Please note that for a very small number of regions with strict local customs regulations, authorities may occasionally impose unexpected import duties. Any mandatory local duties enforced by these specific regions will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

4. Important: Split Shipments Due to strict international aviation safety regulations and limited shipping methods, tattoo needles and liquid inks will be shipped separately from tattoo machines (which contain motors/batteries). If you receive a partial delivery, please be patient—the remaining items are safely in transit and will arrive shortly.
