Order Cancellation

Within 24 Hours: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund, provided the order has not yet been shipped.

After Shipment: Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled. You may return the item after receiving it, subject to the policy below.
30-Day Return Policy We offer a 30-day return window. You must contact us to initiate a return within 30 days from the date your parcel is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in brand-new, unused, and resalable condition.

It must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.

Return Shipping Costs

Change of Mind: For returns due to a change of mind or ordering the wrong item, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly suggest using a trackable shipping service.

Defective Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will cover the return shipping costs or arrange a prompt exchange for these specific issues.
Refund Process Once your returned item is received and inspected (typically within 7 days of receipt), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., Credit Card or PayPal). Please allow 1-3 business days for your bank to process and post the refund.
